Four Facile-Fingered Flautists was a commission by Greg Eriksen, who was the Band Director at Olson Middle School in Woodstock, Illinois. The idea for this project was based on his having an outstanding group of young flautists at his school that he would like to feature in some special way. There are fun interacting parts for all players.
